David Maxwell ACA has been demystifying business finance for almost thirty years. His short courses have unlocked finance for more than 7000 people from organisations large and not-so-large, across the UK, the rest of Europe, and beyond.

His courses are typically based around his own business simulations, enabling participants to apply the knowledge they acquire in real-time and providing a learning experience which is both enjoyable and hugely effective.

Participants return to their work with greater confidence in dealing with financial information and an enhanced understanding of how their decisions can affect the financial performance of their organisation.

Despite the name, the training is not just for managers. Anyone who has any kind of financial responsibility, or who is likely to acquire some financial responsibility, will benefit from these programmes.

All our short courses are delivered live by David Maxwell, either at your premises or using Microsoft Teams. He stages the one-day 'Accounts & Budgeting' workshop once a month on an open basis. All programmes are available ‘in-house’ and the content can always be tailored to your requirements.

Our tailored 2-day courses have been used extensively by organisations such as the National Trust, the Nationwide Building Society and Budgens-Londis. We are especially proud to have provided 2-day financial training programmes for Sun Chemical Europe on more than 60 occasions since 1997, welcoming people from almost every country on the continent.
